Get away and Get in Touch at Frazier Woods Conference Center. Frazier Woods Conference Center is located in the big pines, just above Frazier Park. It is a beautiful setting at the 6,000 foot level with cool weather in the summer and snow in the winter. Our facility provides an atmosphere for relaxing and truly enjoying the natural surroundings that could only come from a mountaintop experience.
Frazier Woods Amphitheater & Campfire Circle
Outdoors at Frazier Woods provides amphitheater with group seating for rallies, meetings, services, drama or whatever you may choose. Our Campfire Circle is also available for use, for the perfect ending of a busy day.
Facilities
Frazier Woods consists of a lodge and two cabins, accommodating 66 persons. Bear Paw Lodge sleeps a total of 34 people. Four bunkrooms house 8 bunks each, with additional sleeping space upstairs. The fireside room has a large rock fireplace, a group sitting area and lots of room to lounge. It is a perfect spot for small group meetings or just talking, singing or enjoying the fire. The upstairs area also includes a complete kitchen for your use, as well as pots and pans, coffee pots, dishwasher and much more. In addition, Timberline Cabin and Whispering Pines Cabin each sleep 16 with restroom accommodations.
Outdoor Activities
There are many activities your group will be able to take part in, such as volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, snow boarding, and a great obstacle course! All equipment is stored in the equipment room and is there for your use. There are hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing trails that are marked by the Forest Service that can be used by groups or individuals. Our camp and surrounding forest is home to deer, raccoons, bears, and other wildlife.
Location
We are located about 1 hour from Bakersfield and 1 hour from Los Angeles. Frazier Woods Conference Center is the perfect retreat for churches, small groups, Sunday school classes, choir retreats, men's or women's groups and other small group settings.
